Certain products, such as window banners, are custom-made to order and may take a little longer to dispatch. On weekends and public holidays, orders will be processed on the next business day.

We offer completely free shipping on all orders.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

You will receive a tracking link (usually from US) once your order has been fulfilled. If tracking has not updated for some time, check the final-mile tracking link for your country as your local postal service will likely handle the final delivery. Use the same tracking number for this step.

Please note that during major sales or holiday periods (such as Christmas or Black Friday), there may be minor delays due to increased order volume and postal congestion.

Local Tax / VAT Notice (EU, UK)

Orders from EU countries up to €150 and UK orders up to £135 will have VAT charged at checkout. This improves delivery speed and prevents additional local postal fees. USA orders are not taxed, and Australian prices already include GST.

Other countries may still charge import duties or VAT upon delivery. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Unpaid taxes may cause goods to be returned or destroyed; refunds are only issued once the package is returned to Hardtuned.

Return To Sender Packages

If your package is marked "Return to Sender," this may be due to incomplete delivery, an unclaimed parcel, address issues, or unpaid local VAT. Once returned, our team will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
